A recognized industry leader with over 28 years of experience, Evan delivers programs that equip audiences with practical tools and strategies to succeed in business and leadership. A past state president, 4-time REALTOR® of the Year, and broker/owner of Bullhead Laughlin Realty, Evan’s approach blends real-world experience with an engaging, down-to-earth style.

Evan is a John Maxwell Certified Leadership Trainer and presents industry-leading programs like the Accredited Buyer Representative, Certified Residential Broker, and Real Estate Negotiation Expert. Additionally, Evan designs and delivers custom workshops and programs tailored to the unique needs of his clients, such as the Arizona Leadership Training Academy.
