I have spent three decades serving at the local, state, and national levels while leading a successful real estate firm through every kind of market, giving me firsthand insight into the realities volunteer leaders and practitioners face every day.
I work alongside associations as a strategic partner, helping leadership teams align, communicate, and execute more effectively on behalf of the people they serve. I bring practical insight, sound judgment, and a strengths-based approach grounded in real-world leadership, not theory.
People support what they help create.
That’s the idea behind everything I do. When the people responsible for executing a plan are the same people who built it, accountability happens naturally. When leaders feel ownership over a direction, they don’t need to be sold on following it.
I’m a strengths-first practitioner. That means I start with what’s working, who your organization is at its best, and what your people already bring to the table. Then we put the honest questions on the table in the same room, together. The result is strategy, leadership, and alignment people actually own.
