- Calculating Absorption Rates Evaluate supply and demand using absorption rates as objective criteria to determine if your client is facing a buyer’s market , balanced market, or seller’s market. Do this before looking at prices/comps!
- Home Buying Process This is a great visual for buyer consultations. Make your own or draw it on the back of a napkin.
- Negotiation videos Because you can’t click links in a printed manual.
